This free online resource was designed for the Employers, Schools and the Health and Social Care market, to provide an understanding of Nutritional, Dietary and Hydration Needs, and to raise awareness of Healthier Snack options, however other roles and individuals will also find the contents useful and informative as a method of raising general awareness of health and wellbeing in the workplace.
Employers, Schools and Social Care Providers all have opportunities to increase their public relations image by being seen to support innovative healthy eating initiatives, which may impact upon their company image.
